When you create or subscribe to a calendar in Google Calendar, it may appear correctly on the web but still be missing from the Calendar app on your iPhone or iPad.
This is normal Google Calendar behavior. Newly created or subscribed calendars are not always enabled for iOS sync by default. You need to explicitly select which Google calendars should be sent to Apple's Calendar app.
Enable the calendar for iOS sync
- Open Google's calendar sync selection page: calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0/syncselect.
- Sign in with the same Google account that is connected to your iPhone or iPad.
- Select the calendars you want to see in the iOS Calendar app.
- Click Save.
- Open the iOS Calendar app and wait a moment for it to refresh.
Yes, the sync selection page looks old. It is still the Google page that controls which calendars are propagated to iOS.
If the calendar still does not appear
- Make sure the Google account is added to iOS under Settings > Calendar > Accounts.
- Confirm that Calendars sync is enabled for that Google account.
- Open the Calendar app, tap Calendars, and check whether the calendar is hidden.
- Give iOS a few minutes to refresh after saving the Google sync selection.
After the calendar is selected on Google's sync page and saved, subscribed calendars such as BinSync waste schedules should appear in the iOS Calendar app.
