For supported addresses, you can receive an email to put the bin out before collection or bring it back in on collection day. You can also add other household members as verified recipients.

Yes. You can save as many addresses as you need, whether they use the same waste provider or different providers. Each address has its own calendar and reminder settings.

First check that your address and reminders are still configured in the Omrin app and that your new phone allows notifications from it. BinSync does not rely on those push notifications: you can receive collection days through a calendar subscription and battle-tested, account-based email reminders.
