For supported addresses, you can receive an email on the evening before collection or on collection morning. You can also add other household members as verified recipients.

Yes. You can save as many addresses as you need, whether they use the same waste provider or different providers. Each address has its own calendar and reminder settings.

First check that your address and reminders are still configured in the Rova app and that your new phone allows notifications from it.
