Circulus is an organization involved in waste collection or publishing waste calendars for supported municipalities. Its official website is https://mijn.circulus.nl.
Can BinSync send email reminders around collection day?
For supported addresses, you can receive an email to put the bin out before collection or bring it back in on collection day. You can also add other household members as verified recipients.
Learn about email remindersCan I use BinSync for multiple addresses?
Yes. You can save as many addresses as you need, whether they are served by the same waste organization or different organizations. Each address has its own calendar and reminder settings.
I switched phones and no longer receive notifications from Circulus. What should I do?
First check that your address and reminders are still configured in the Circulus app and that your new phone allows notifications from it. BinSync does not rely on those push notifications: you can receive collection days through a calendar subscription and battle-tested, account-based email reminders.
